Roscoe Relief Poster To Benefit New Orleans

In the past we’ve paid attention to two comic books about Timmy, the well-built and sex hungry farm boy who becomes a popular porn star. The adventures of Timmy are created by Roscoe, a New Orleans artist. As we all know his native town suffered severe damage from hurricane Katrina. And now, more than four months later, the rebuilding has hardly begun.
Recently Roscoe published the first in a series of posters for sale with 100% of the profits going to the fund Relief 2 Louisiana. For this purpose Roscoe created a new character, the Wolf, an obviously queer inhabitant of New Orleans, the city of the extravagant gay event “Southern Decadence.” Relief 2 Louisiana was set up by WBRZ, an ABC affiliate, and “The Advocate.”
The fund was established for two purposes: to aid displaced residents and to rebuild New Orleans.
The poster measures 12 x 24 inches and is distributed by Roscoe’s publishers, Avenue Services in Seattle. Outside the United States the poster costs $25 and can by ordered via http://www.timmy4u.com/RoscoeRelief
