"New Economy" company focussing on gay life rips off freelance editors
Last month, a local dutch gaysite went nearly bankrupt, leaving many of their freelance editors unpaid. A typical example of young guys getting from investors a bag with money, and immediately spending it on expensive offices, getting expensive leasecars for promotion, instead of investing the money in their product.
However, they are making a second start, an ideal way of leaving the people owning money with nothing and to be able to spent in the same pattern again. They are willing to invest "major soms of money" in other people's companies now, just to get associated.
Maybe it's time for all of the freelance editors to reclaim the money they are entitled to?
Is it not an outrage that all of those people are left with nothing? Maybe for some it's a way to ripp off big investors, but certainly not all the people who so dedicatetly gave their time and efforts.....and all that in the Amsterdam gay scene.
Altough most of the empty balloons on the net are empty by now, it might get time for stronger governmental regulations to prevent youngsters without any knowledge of company management from ripping off people. But most off all people with a way of gaining nothing else then their own benefit on the expense of trustworthy enthousiastic public are never entitled to an attitude.
They'd better start paying their debts.
this is sad when there are laws on the books to help the gays and some people missuse them. and to my e-buddies in amsterdam we need to imporve these laws so these ripoff artiest don't get into these services for the gays/liesebians, and biesexuial community.
